1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all annexes, promotional addenda, and supplementary policy documents published by 77aec.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the 77aec platform, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 77aec reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory proof, 77aec will suspend or permanently close the account and return any uncontested real-money balance to the verified payment source.

2.2 Eligible Players

The 77aec platform is primarily designed for players based in Bangladesh. To be eligible to register an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate or entity accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Not be accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77aec or any of its affiliated game providers.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

77aec operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid national identification card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold or at any time the platform deems verification necessary for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until documentation is received and approved. 77aec will not penalise a player for ordinary processing delays that are outside their control, but accounts that fail KYC after a reasonable period may be reviewed for closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered 77aec account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77aec reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus-derived winnings, and return only verified real-money deposits to the payment source.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on the 77aec platform, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address or mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. 77aec does not permit the use of fictitious names, temporary email addresses, or borrowed contact details.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77aec login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly. 77aec will not be liable for failed communications, undelivered notifications, or payment errors that result from outdated account information provided by the player.

3.4 Account Currency

All 77aec player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All real-money balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and winning calculations are expressed and processed in BDT. 77aec does not currently support multi-currency account switching.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

77aec supports the following deposit methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77aec does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77aec accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 77aec account balance instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. 77aec will credit your account as soon as the funds are confirmed received on our end. If a deposit has not reflected in your account within the expected processing window, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and cannot be overridden by player request in most circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC status.
• Bank Transfer (BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali, Dutch-Bangla): Typically 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

VIP-tier players may benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as part of their loyalty programme status. Specific VIP withdrawal timelines are communicated within the 77aec VIP programme documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) if requested, your account must be in good standing with no pending fraud or AML investigations, and any active bonus wagering requirements must have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited, with only the original real-money deposit amount being eligible for return.

4.5 Refused Deposits

77aec reserves the right to refuse a deposit from any payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not accepted. Any such deposit will be returned to its source.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

77aec offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific addendum and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific addendum shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds issued by 77aec are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each offer are displayed in the promotion details. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward the requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture if the excluded game was played while a wagering requirement was active.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77aec operates automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to artificially meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk, withdrawing a bonus before the wagering requirement is met, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent closure.

5.4 Changes and Withdrawal of Promotions

77aec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in place at the point of their opt-in, unless the modification is necessitated by a legal or regulatory requirement, in which case the modified terms will apply immediately.

5.5 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

77aec regularly runs promotions tied to major Bangladesh sporting events and cultural occasions, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other national events. These time-limited promotions have their own specific terms and are published on the 77aec platform at the relevant time. Participation in these promotions constitutes acceptance of their specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 77aec platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Habanero, NetEnt, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. 77aec does not modify, adjust, or cap the RNG outcomes or return-to-player (RTP) percentages of any game. The RTP figures published by each provider are the figures applied to the game as run on the 77aec platform.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, software fault, or connectivity failure during a game round, 77aec will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reinstate the game to its correct state where technically possible. Where a round cannot be restored due to the nature of the fault, 77aec will return the stake placed for that round to the player's account. Winnings generated during or as a result of a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out. 77aec's determination of the correct course of action in the event of a technical fault is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets on 77aec — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to their own market-specific rules which are displayed alongside each market at the time of betting. In-play markets may be suspended or settled early at 77aec's discretion in the event of significant developments during a match. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as a stake refund.

6.4 Responsible Use of Gameplay Features

Players are encouraged to use the gameplay management tools available in their account settings — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — to ensure that gaming remains a source of entertainment rather than a financial obligation. 77aec reserves the right to intervene where player behaviour indicates signs of problem gambling, including issuing mandatory cooling-off periods or contacting the player through their registered contact details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77aec platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the 77aec platform, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets to gain a coordinated advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Abusing 77aec's bonus and promotional systems in ways that are inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory behaviour toward 77aec staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any backend system of the 77aec platform.
• Publishing, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or software belonging to 77aec without prior written permission.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 77aec

77aec reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it believes that any of the following apply: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the player has provided false or misleading registration information; the player is under 18 years of age; or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's security, integrity, or reputation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, 77aec reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Real-money funds that are confirmed as legitimately deposited and not connected to any breach or promotional abuse will be returned to the player's verified payment source after the investigation concludes, unless prohibited by law or a lawful regulatory direction.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their 77aec account at any time by contacting the customer support team through the platform's official communication channels. Before closing, players should withdraw any available real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed promptly following receipt of the request. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register at a later date, subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 2 being met at the time of re-registration.

8.3 Self-Exclusion as a Form of Account Closure

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting the support team directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, and 77aec will not send marketing communications to the excluded player. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the nominated period has elapsed.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 77aec will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details before any dormancy-related action is taken. Dormant accounts with a real-money balance may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the platform's current fee schedule, which is available from the customer support team upon request. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77aec platform — including but not limited to the 77aec brand name, logo, website design, graphics, layout, software, game interfaces, text, data, odds compilations, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 77aec or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77aec platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any part of the platform or its content in any form; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software; use the 77aec brand name or logo in any commercial, promotional, or third-party context without prior written consent; or frame or embed the 77aec website or any portion of it within another website or application.

All game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Habanero, NetEnt, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Play'n GO — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms. 77aec operates these games under valid content licensing agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

77aec makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 77aec does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, system outages, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or any other technical failures beyond 77aec's direct control.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

While 77aec endeavours to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, game descriptions, promotional terms, and payment information — is accurate and current, 77aec does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information and accepts no liability for decisions made by players on the basis of information that subsequently proves to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete due to circumstances outside 77aec's reasonable control.

10.3 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77aec shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, financial loss beyond the direct value of a disputed transaction, or reputational damage. 77aec's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or claim shall not exceed the value of the player's verified real-money account balance at the time the incident occurred.

10.4 Third-Party Services

The 77aec platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer services, Visa, Mastercard) and game content providers. 77aec is not liable for service failures, delays, errors , or data issues originating from these third-party services. Players experiencing issues with a specific payment provider should contact that provider directly in addition to notifying 77aec support.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Our Commitment

77aec is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we recognise that for a minority of players it can develop into a problematic behaviour. 11.2 Player-Controlled Limits

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

77aec reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77aec will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the 77aec platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific addenda currently published on the 77aec platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77aec in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12.4 Waiver

77aec's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on any particular occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of 77aec's right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any future occasion.

12.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the official and controlling language of this document. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
